Rusty is ClubSoft's Regional Sales Manager serving the Southwestern United States. With twelve years of experience providing software solutions to the club industry, Rusty has had the opportunity to directly work with nearly 300 clubs. As a CPA, he has a unique advantage of understanding both the financial and technological challenges that today's club management professionals encounter.
Upon earning his degree from Texas A&M University, Rusty began his career with one of the "Big 6" public accounting firms in Houston. In 1994, he was introduced to the club industry upon joining ClubSystems Group (formerly Diamond Management Systems).
In 1999, Rusty teamed up with Mark Schlake and helped grow ClubSoft into the largest, full-service club software distributor in the U.S.
When I began working with ClubSoft, we were very much a start-up company with only a staff of 3 or 4. It has been very rewarding to contribute to ClubSoft becoming such a respected leader in the club industry. Rusty has stayed close to his roots and resides in Austin, TX. Outside of work, Rusty and his wife stay busy raising their three daughters.
